A New Chapter in Early Learning

We are seeking a visionary Centre Director to lead our brand-new childcare centre. This is an opportunity to shape the future of early learning, inspire and mentor a team of dedicated educators, and build meaningful relationships with families and the community.

As a Centre Director, you will champion daily operations, oversee enrolments, family connections, and team culture, maintain compliance, and uphold the highest quality standards. You will also collaborate with our experienced Management Team and use our online management system to manage bookings, CCS, and reporting.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma or ECT Qualification, at least 12 months experience as a Centre Director, deep knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and child development (0-6 years), experience with online and paper-based programming, WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection certification, confidence in compliance, team leadership, and family engagement, and outstanding communication skills.
