We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated professional to join our team as an Employment Coach. As an integral member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their employment goals.
About the Role:
- You will work closely with clients to develop tailored plans to help them gain successful employment or education.
- Provide support and guidance throughout their journey, focusing on key performance indicators.
- Create opportunities for clients through marketing activities with employers.
- Collaborate with the wider team to drive performance and achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
- E nsure compliance with government standards and contractual obligations.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Employment Services is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in reverse marketing, sales, or cold calling is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to work towards targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to problem solve and resolve conflicts.
- Proficient in administration and computer skills, with the ability to learn technical systems.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
