This leadership opportunity is focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business results in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a leader, you will play a key role in supporting the development of a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, and making strategic decisions to drive sales growth and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and conversion by analyzing data and working closely with the leadership team.
  • Lead a selling culture within the team to meet KPIs and promote values that motivate and inspire employees.
  • Consistently raise the performance and capability of the team to support talent development.
  • Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team and work in partnership with the wider team.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
  • Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
  • Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
  • Hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help employees succeed.
  • Talented people developer who can attract, identify, and inspire top performers.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and ability to influence team members at all levels.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings.

Additional Considerations: This role requires a flexible schedule, including availability across key trading times, late-night, and weekend shifts. As each store has its unique needs, adaptability and flexibility are essential.
