
Senior Healthcare Professional

This position is a senior role within our multidisciplinary team that assesses the care needs of frail clients. The Aged Care Assessment Senior will lead, train and support clinicians to conduct comprehensive client-centered evaluations in hospital or community settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and training to clinicians on comprehensive care planning, quality evidence-based practice, and effective communication.
- Conduct assessments in accordance with Commonwealth guidelines and the Aged Care Act 1997.
- Collaborate with providers across Central Queensland to facilitate access to appropriate services.
The ideal candidate will hold qualifications and registration with the relevant authority to practice as:
- Occupational Therapist
- Physiotherapist
- Social Worker
- Registered Nurse
- A total remuneration package of up to $164,212 p.a.
