About our Clinical Nurse role
The Clinical Nurse works within the multidisciplinary team to provide clinical support and develop, implement and evaluate health program activities. This involves collaboration with community agencies and healthcare providers to improve community health and well-being.
This role reports to the Nurse Unit Manager and plays an important part in delivering Primary Health Care services. The Clinical Nurse will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
About you- You must have current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current annual practising certificate.
- Eligibility for appointment as an Authorised Mental Health Practitioner under the Mental Health Act 2016 would be highly desirable.
