Training and Development Specialist

This role involves creating and delivering high-quality training programs to support the growth and development of our global users. As a Training and Development Specialist, you will work closely with our Tradecraft Team to design and implement best-in-class learning experiences.

About the Role

The Training and Development Specialists will play a critical role in ensuring that our training programs meet the needs of our diverse user base. This involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective training materials, as well as deploying these programs to thousands of global users.

Responsibilities
  • Training Design and Development:
    • Create comprehensive training programs and materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and PowerPoint presentation materials.
    • Work with subject matter experts to develop high-quality content that meets the needs of our users.
  • Training Delivery:
    • Provide instructor-led training to diverse audiences both virtually and in person.
    • Deploy industry-leading certification within our training programs.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with our Tradecraft Teams globally to develop a strong understanding of how our customers use our products.
    • Collaborate with our Product Management team to stay up-to-date on product roadmaps, new features, and releases.
Requirements
  • Essential Criteria:
    • Demonstrated experience in training design and delivery, preferably in the intelligence or law enforcement sectors.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Familiarity with Content authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Desirable Criteria:
    • Intelligence analysis background with experience using OSINT tools.
    • Certificate IV or Bachelor's degree in Learning Design, Communications, Education, Language Studies or similar.
