We are seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to join our team as an Executive Team Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level confidential support to our executive members to ensure the smooth operation of our organisation.
Job DescriptionThis is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and organised individual who can demonstrate exceptional administrative skills and discretion when handling sensitive information.You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Preparing agendas, taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions.
- Managing travel logistics and activities.
- Handling phone calls, emails and correspondence on behalf of our executive team.
- Preparing reports, presentations and other documents with accuracy and professionalism.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong administrative background with experience in providing high-level support.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Current Ochre Card, Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and NT Drivers Licence.
