Beverage Bar Team Member

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Bar Attendant in our esteemed establishment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the bar areas, ensuring an exceptional experience for our patrons.
- Maintain adequate levels of bar glassware and ensure a pristine environment at all times
- Clean and sanitize equipment, wash, sweep, and remove trash on a regular basis
- Ensure ample supplies of glassware are available during service periods
This position also involves performing work assignments directed by beverage management, receiving soiled glassware, and operating dish machines with precision.
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of sanitation practices and procedures, adhering to strict guidelines to maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
The selected individual will promote positive public/employee relations, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in every aspect of their duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Polish glassware to a high standard and return items not satisfactorily cleaned for a second wash
- Collect glassware from stationary casino beverage carts
