Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current Victorian RSA
  • High-level knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and beverage service techniques
  • High-level knowledge of beverage products (wines, cocktails, etc.)
  • Experience in stock maintenance and ordering
  • Prior experience working in a dispense or retail bar
  • Experience running a bar team and training staff
  • Strong and engaging customer service skills
  • Experience problem-solving and working in high-pressure environments
