Rehabilitation Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in people's lives and provide exceptional customer care.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will help clients regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work. We are committed to supporting your career development and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans based on assessments relevant to your discipline.
  • Design and implement intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
  • Identify barriers and design programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation.
  • Understand healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.
  • Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications and registration in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology (AHPRA, ESSA).
  • Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
  • Commitment to high-level customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives.
  • Current or ability to obtain Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
