Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement service offerings for civil infrastructure projects, managing interfaces with external consultants and stakeholders.
- Lead the growth and development of the company in the region across civil and related sectors.
- Promote and market the company's capabilities.
- Contribute to the commercial success of projects and the team.
- Identify work opportunities, tendering and winning work, and implement strategies to deliver services profitably.
- Provide technical leadership in civil infrastructure on projects, developing practical solutions for clients.
- Promote the company's civil capability at industry events and conferences.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, participating in interdisciplinary workshops and risk assessments as required.
- Ensure work complies with legislation, corporate requirements, and systems.
- Collaborate with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders, communicating effectively.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and project stakeholders for project delivery.
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with 8-12 years of relevant civil engineering experience in an engineering consultancy. They must be able to lead the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects and promote the company's network and brand in the region.
