The Opportunity
Partner with a leading civil contractor shaping the future of South Australia's infrastructure landscape. A recognised innovator in quality, this company has established a strong reputation across civil construction, structural concreting, and commercial landscaping.
The Role
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering complex and high-value civil projects. Work closely with experienced Project Managers and Site Supervisors to lead technical coordination, quality control, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide engineering input across planning, design, delivery, and close-out phases
Manage technical specifications, documentation, and compliance with project standards and regulations
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve key milestones and project objectives
Support the development and implementation of safety, environmental, and quality plans and protocols
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and delivery partners through effective communication and collaboration
Review and prepare documentation such as work method statements and inspection and testing procedures
Your Qualifications and Experience
You are a seasoned civil engineer with experience delivering medium to large-scale infrastructure or civil projects in Australia. Key qualifications for success include:
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related field
Proven experience in a Senior Project Engineer role within civil infrastructure
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety legislation, and project controls
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ambition to progress into Project Management roles
