Construction Project Leader

The Site Manager is a critical role in our construction team, responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish. This individual will work closely with clients and staff to deliver high-quality results.
Main Responsibilities- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular progress updates
- Supervise construction workers and hire subcontractors as needed
- Procure materials and equipment for each phase of the project
- Monitor build costs and project progress to ensure timely completion
- Conduct quality and safety inspections to maintain high standards
- Prepare detailed site reports, designs, and drawings as required
- Maintain quality control checks throughout the project
- Motivate and lead the workforce to achieve project goals
- Address day-to-day problems and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize specialist project management software to streamline processes
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
