Personal Care Worker Opportunity in Yorke and Northern Region

At the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network, we are seeking Personal Care Workers to join our team in providing care to residents and patients across various sites in the region.
Job OverviewWe are a dynamic healthcare organization committed to delivering high-quality patient care. As a Personal Care Worker with us, you will play a vital role in assisting residents with their daily needs, including bathing, showering, personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for feeding residents, maintaining their mobility, and completing routine documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, showering, and toileting
- Provide care to residents by assisting with dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Maintain resident records and complete routine documentation
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- AQF Certificate III relevant to the position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
- The capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
