Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic role design specialist to play a pivotal part in shaping our organisational approach.

This position will provide expert guidance and governance in the development, implementation, and evaluation of role descriptions, ensuring alignment with best practice organisational design and standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in organisational and role design, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience in job evaluation methodologies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective role and structure solutions.
  • A collaborative approach and a passion for continuous improvement and capability uplift.
