Network Supply Planner Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Supply Planner to support business growth and operational excellence across the region.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Pacific Zone business growth through optimized service levels, inventory, and profitability
  • Driving improvements in Supply Planning and SIOP processes with a customer-centric approach
  • Leading digital transformation initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity
  • Developing replenishment and inventory strategies balancing cash flow, service levels, and cost

Additionally, the Network Supply Planner will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory governance, product lifecycle activities, and strategic replenishment
  • Represent replenishment in transformation projects and digitalization efforts

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to influence, prioritize, and solve problems in fast-paced environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent
  • APICS or similar industry certification
  • Master's degree or Engineering background preferred

The successful candidate will also possess:

  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power Query, Tableau, Alteryx)
  • ERP experience (SAP, Kinaxis highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
