Legally Entitled to Work in Australia: You must be entitled to work in Australia and hold a valid working visa with permission to work without sponsorship.
Bar Management Experience: You must have a minimum of two years of experience as a bar manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead F&B Team: Ensure that all F&B staff deliver prompt, efficient, and cordial attention to all guest needs.
- Communication: Ensure good communication throughout the department.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, including opening and closing shifts.
- Staff Development: Responsible for all F&B staff to receive consistent quality training.
- Senior F&B Management Role: Accountable for all bar outlets (Juicy Rump, Cas Bar, and Convention Centre Bars).
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, drive initiatives, and expand boundaries.
- Staff Management: Encompassing rostering, hiring, and performance management.
- Results Driven: Focused on wage management and staffing efficiencies.
- Stock Control: Responsible for stock control and staff service skills development to reduce costs and enhance customer experience.
