Incident Commander Role Overview

This is a pivotal position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online casino platforms. As an Incident Commander, you will be responsible for managing incident coordination in our state-of-the-art Networking Operations Centre.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional situational awareness, being able to perform triage and respond accordingly in high-pressure situations. Identifying potential issues proactively and taking corrective action before incidents occur is also essential for this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide High Severity Incident Support Coordinator services
  • Collaborate cross-functionally during live chat or voice bridge sessions to resolve complex issues
  • Draft regular updates for internal and external stakeholders on incident resolutions and progress
  • Ensure adherence to audit, security, and regulatory requirements

For success in this role, prior experience in customer service management, communication skills, and technical knowledge of Windows Server OS, monitoring tools, SQL, and PowerShell are highly valued.
