Lime Recruitment is partnering with a prominent Queensland government department to fill a 6-month contract for a Project Manager - Organizational Change Specialist based in Brisbane CBD and working from home.
This role is part of the Culture & Change portfolio, responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and plans across strategic projects and programs to ensure smooth transitions and maximize return on investment.
The ideal candidate will lead change management activities across multiple concurrent projects and programs within a delivery workstream, ensuring a cohesive approach that considers cumulative change impacts.
- Work within the Change Management Framework to guide change management activities across the organization's portfolio and opportunity lifecycle
- Lead change management efforts across various projects and programs, collaborating with project teams, business leaders, and employees to understand and map change impacts and stakeholder readiness
- Develop tailored change management strategies and plans to mitigate change impacts, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and learning and development activities
- Implement change management strategies and plans, collaborating with internal centers of excellence, and engage stakeholders, including sponsors, project owners, project delivery teams, and business leaders
- Identify change risks and resistance to change, and develop mitigating strategies and tactics
- Provide coaching to project management resources on contemporary change management practices to enhance change management capability within the team
You will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources, behavioral science, organizational psychology, or related fields are highly desirable
- Prosci Certified Practitioner qualification is highly desirable
- Extensive experience leading change management activities on complex, high-impact projects and programs
- Experience in change management roles supporting technology/digital-based projects is desirable but not essential
- High-level conceptual and analytical skills with the capacity to develop solutions for complex issues
- Superior stakeholder management skills, including influencing leaders and communicating effectively both verbally and in writing
The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000-$150,000 per annum, considering the Queensland location and the job requirements.
