Executive HR Business Partner Opportunity

A globally respected mining, manufacturing, and technology company seeks a strategic HR leader to drive end-to-end operations.

The successful applicant will be responsible for employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, performance management, and overseeing all HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational and senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and employee relations matters.
  • Support the recruitment process, onboarding, and mobilisation of new employees.
  • Oversee HR data management and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Contribute to national HR projects, change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide guidance on policies and employment legislation.
  • Support leadership teams with coaching and training initiatives.
  • Assist in performance management and talent development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience in a senior HR generalist or business partnering role, ideally within the resources, OEM, or industrial sectors.
  • Sound understanding of Australian employment law, modern awards, and industrial agreements.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly desirable.
  • A proven track record working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work across multiple business units and liaise with senior management.
