Overview

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Lead a team of 3 Operations Engineers, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Provide expert guidance on aircraft performance, ensuring compliance with all relevant manuals and legislation.
  • Collaborate closely with pilots and operational stakeholders to support pre-flight calculations and performance assessments.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, managing direct reports.
  • A comprehensive understanding of aircraft performance metrics and airline operations.
  • Strong analytical skills to address complex challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of conveying intricate concepts to diverse audiences.
  • A track record of meeting objectives and deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
