  • Experience in product management, strategy, or digital banking with a deep understanding of savings products and regulations.
  • Proven leadership in agile environments and cross-functional teams with strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience managing vendors and navigating APRA/ASIC frameworks with passion for customer experience and delivering real outcomes.
