Job Title: Spa Therapist

We are seeking a professional who will lead by example and provide outstanding customer service to guests in our spa department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional massage therapy services.
  • Develop bespoke treatments with a holistic approach to Health, Fitness, and Wellness.
  • Ensure excellent communication and interpersonal skills, providing top-notch customer service.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, focusing on connecting with their needs and preferences.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy.
  • Outstanding technical skills in massage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, and reliability.
  • Commitment to your profession, focused on client connections.
  • High standard of grooming and personal presentation.
  • Ability to be proactive in re-booking/upselling and retailing.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in similar positions within luxury hotels or resorts.
  • 2-5 years or more experience in a similar role.
  • Spa reception background would be an advantage.
