Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect, service, and repair rig equipment as needed or directed to ensure reliable performance.
  • Perform fabrication repairs to equipment in accordance with legislative requirements and manufacturers guidelines.
  • Work closely with operations and field staff to ensure seamless operation of rigs.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Engineering or Heavy Metal Fabrication is essential.
  • Previous oil and gas experience is highly valued.
  • Experience in heavy manufacturing projects is necessary.
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality assurance and workplace health and safety protocols are required.
  • A current MR or C class driver's licence is mandatory.
  • MMAW knowledge is a must-have skill.
