About This Role

We are seeking a Trainer and Assessor to deliver high-quality training and assessment services. The successful candidate will be committed to empowering students to thrive in their chosen field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training sessions in accordance with the relevant training package and organisational policies.
  • Develop and assess learner resources and assessments.
  • Provide support, feedback, and guidance to students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments.
  • Participate in validation and moderation processes.
Requirements:
  • A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher qualification.
  • Relevant qualifications and vocational competency in the course area.
  • Recent and relevant industry experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to compliance and quality training outcomes.
Desirable:
  • Previous experience working in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
  • Ability to deliver both face-to-face and online training (where applicable).
