About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Document Control professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in document control, preferably within the mining, infrastructure, utilities, oil and gas, or construction industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with project managers to enhance document control processes, procedures, and systems for projects. They will also liaise with relevant sections to ensure alignment with existing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain comprehensive formal regimes for document control
  • Liaise with relevant sections to ensure alignment with existing policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain relevant document libraries required for the division
  • Update and educate parties on developed procedures and processes
  • Ensure tracking systems are in place to monitor and manage document development progress on active work and tenders
  • Properly manage and control drawings and technical documentation between project, design, and site teams
Requirements
  • Proven experience in document control, preferably within the mining, infrastructure, utilities, oil and gas, or construction industries
  • Experience in using Aconex and SharePoint (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of document control processes and document management systems
  • Confident in resolving technical and organisational problems
  • High attention to detail ensuring precision and accuracy in work
