Overview

Senior Document Controller – (9-Month Contract)

We're seeking a highly adaptable Senior Document Controller to support a major mining client across 22 concurrent projects. The scope of the role is focused on streamlining documentation processes and rewriting playbooks to improve project handovers and team onboarding. Full-time in-office for the first month, then up to 2 days WFH.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting documentation needs across multiple projects—not tied to any single stream
  • Rewriting and standardising playbooks to improve cross-project agility
  • Jumping in quickly and delivering without needing extensive onboarding
  • Collaborating with various teams to ensure documentation is clear, compliant, and accessible
Essential criteria
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Document Controller
  • Strong familiarity with mining sector terminology, workflows, and documentation standards
  • Experience using InEight (preferred) or similar
  • Someone who thrives in fast-paced, multi-project environments and can work independently

Casual Loading
