Senior Manager Business Development and Marketing

This is a senior leadership position that oversees business development, marketing and branding strategies within a high-performing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business growth plans to expand health services, referral networks and funding sources.
  • Lead market analysis to inform service innovation, growth and revenue diversification initiatives.
  • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns and strategies for healthcare services.
  • Strengthen the healthcare brand and ensure alignment with organizational values.
  • Manage digital platforms, social media and website content to engage stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, referrers, stakeholders and community partners.
  • Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing team of business development and marketing professionals.
