Key Performance Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Key Performance Manager to spearhead our high-growth performance marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, particularly within e-commerce and performance-driven agencies.

About You:

  • 3+ years' experience in a KPM or equivalent role within a digital marketing agency
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce brands
  • Confident in strategic planning, pitching, and deal closure
  • Excellent communication and analytical mindset
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote or hybrid environment

About the Role:

  • Work collaboratively with a high-performing team to drive business growth
  • Identify and connect with key prospects through tailored outreach strategies
  • Audit and pitch marketing solutions to potential clients based on clear gaps in their strategy
  • Generate and qualify leads to be passed to senior management, with bonuses tied to performance
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to secure deals and drive revenue growth

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to engage key prospects
  2. Conduct thorough audits of potential clients' marketing strategies to identify opportunities for growth
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth
  4. Closure of inbound leads following performance audits and complete all steps to secure deals
