Health and Wellness Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Wellness Coordinator to join our Relief Team at Civeo Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and developing increased participation in health, social, and recreational activities for our guests and team members of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and team members, ensuring a high-quality experience in all interactions.
- Promote lifestyle events at our sites, driving engagement and participation among our guests and team members.
- Deliver group fitness classes, individual health assessments, and meal plans, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our guests and team members.
- Develop and facilitate nutrition, portion control, and healthy meal workshops, empowering our guests and team members to make informed choices about their health and wellbeing.
- Coordinate health and fitness challenges to help our guests and team members achieve their goals, as well as social activities such as trivia nights and pool competitions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry initiatives, ensuring best practice health and fitness practices through ongoing research and education.
- A passion for physical and mental health wellbeing.
- A Certificate IV in Fitness or a Degree in Exercise Physiology, Sports Science, or a related field.
- A group exercise qualification.
- An Advanced First Aid certificate.
- Sound knowledge of Workplace, Health & Safety requirements in a Health & Lifestyle role.
- Proof of working rights within Australia.
- A current Driver's Licence.
- Remote work experience (highly regarded).
