Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

This role involves working with clients to help them regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work. You will play a vital role in the provision of workplace rehabilitation services, supporting people to get well and working.

About the Role

  • You will undertake psychological initial, worksite, functional, and early intervention assessments to identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design programs to assist injured employees to return to the workforce.
  • You will conduct Vocational and Adjustment to Injury Counselling, liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
