Job Overview
The Investigations Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of investigators who conduct thorough and objective investigations into allegations of misconduct or incompetence.
About the Role
- Lead a team of experienced investigators to achieve investigation outcomes.
- Take carriage of sensitive and/or complex authorised investigations, ensuring accurate and detailed reports are prepared.
- Work closely with stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Key Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, education) and/or extensive experience in investigation and/or professional conduct roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and investigate complex issues.
