The Role
  • Deliver high-quality care to clients in their homes, utilizing advanced practice skills and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient plans, monitoring outcomes through regular progress meetings.

Suitable applicants will hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, be registered with the relevant health practitioner regulatory agency, and have experience in community care, home visiting, or related fields.

  • Casual position with hourly rate: $79.75 to $85.04 (inclusive of casual loading) plus 12% Superannuation
