We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Western Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing business within a territory of approximately 220 veterinary clinics.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have responsibility for:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our veterinarian partners.
- Planning and calling on existing clinics face-to-face on a 12-week cycle.
- Creating partnerships with clinics to support the use of our product.
- Developing and implementing territory and state action plans and executing promotional campaigns.
- Delivering financial outcomes for the territory by contributing to the state budget.
- Territory planning and analysis.
- Utilizing and maintaining a CRM database.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Passion for animal health.
- Sales experience.
- Experience in veterinary, pharmaceuticals, or allied healthcare markets.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude.
- Experience launching new products.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- A problem solver and analytical skillset.
- The ability to work collaboratively.
- Tertiary qualification highly regarded.
