Job Overview

We are seeking a Highway Engineering Specialist to deliver major transport infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand. This senior role will involve mentoring and managing our team of engineers, working on road and highway projects, and collaborating with clients to achieve successful outcomes.

About the Role
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering or similar)
  • Minimum 15 years' technical experience in planning, concept and detailed pavement engineering design, adhering to Australian standards and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with public and private sector clients
  • Sound project management and hands-on experience, encompassing administrative, commercial and technical aspects
  • Experience in coordinating, designing, and delivering pavement projects within multi-disciplinary engineering projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to prepare and review technical reports
  • Work effectively in a team environment
