About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at SeaLink K'gari (Fraser Island). As a key member of our People and Culture Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and P&C Manager with human resource-related matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing generalist HR activities across various platforms, coaching and supporting our leaders with human resources activity and employee management. You will also assist managers with people-centric conversations, including performance management, interpret industrial instruments and legislation to provide timely advice to support leaders and employees.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Current experience working in a generalist HR role
  • Demonstrated people management and engagement experience in a culturally diverse environment
  • Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • An ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
