About the Role- Staff Management: Supervise and lead a team of food services staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies.
- Ordering/Procurement: Order food, beverages, and other supplies as needed to maintain inventory levels.
- Food Safety: Ensure that all food preparation and handling procedures meet health and safety standards.
- Quality and Functional Supervision: Monitor and improve quality of food services, including presentation, taste, and overall customer experience.
Lead a team of professionals in providing high-quality food services.
