Key role in our food and beverage service team at Sea World.

About the Role

We seek reliable professionals to work in various outlets, including fast-food venues, cafes, bars, ice cream shops or on mobile carts around the park.

  • Collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment or independently as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to diverse guests.
  • Prepare and serve a range of menu items while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality and presentation.
  • Adhere to workplace hygiene procedures and health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will have full availability to work a rotating roster with shifts covering weekdays, weekends, holidays and nights as needed.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must:

  • Hold a valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
  • Be available to work alternating shifts from 7am until 7pm any day of the week, including school holidays and public holidays.
  • Ability to work night shifts as required.
  • Display a fun and positive working attitude.
  • Demonstrate exceptional guest service focus and communication skills.
