Food Services Department Head

We are seeking a skilled Food Services Department Head to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospital's food services department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership and managing teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for staff management, resource allocation, ordering and procurement of food and supplies, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and providing direction to the team.
About the Role- Staff management: Supervise and manage a team of employees to ensure effective delivery of food services.
- Resource allocation: Manage inventory, ordering, and procurement of food and supplies to meet operational needs.
- Maintaining high standards: Ensure that all food products meet quality and safety standards.
- Providing leadership: Lead and direct the team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Required experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in supervisory/leadership roles within a kitchen or healthcare facility.
