
Court Service Improvement Manager

Be part of a dynamic team shaping the court experience. As Deputy Registrar, you contribute to modernising and improving the court system in Queensland.
Key Responsibilities- You will provide effective supervision to the registry team ensuring a supportive workplace environment for all staff;
- Support the efficient management of daily operations including coordination of court proceedings and delivery of services;
- Recognise and action risks relating to Domestic Family and Sexual Violence (DFSV) including anti-social behaviours of court users;
- Keep court stakeholders at the heart of service delivery responding to their needs in a trauma-informed manner;
- Contribute to maintaining a culture of excellence in service delivery fostering innovation and promoting continuous improvement;
- Ensure compliance with administrative systems including data integrity and established processes policies and procedures;
- Cultivate professional and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders;
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of services relaying appropriate knowledge to meet stakeholder requirements;
- Foster a culture of continuous learning goal achievement self-reflection and motivation within the registry team;
- Support implementation of transparent financial human resource data and risk management practices;
- Support workforce planning performance management and provision of timely constructive feedback to direct reports;
- Fulfill statutory duties as a Justice of the Peace Clerk of the Court and Registrar as required;
- Represent the court in various committees and meetings;
- Provide expert technical advice and guidance on operational processes and systems;
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical processes and procedures;
- Leadership skills strong communication skills ability to build relationships with court stakeholders;
- High level analytical thinking problem-solving skills and sound judgement;
Organisational skills time management and prioritisation abilities; - Capacity to communicate complex information clearly concisely and respectfully;
Adaptability flexibility and resilience in a changing work environment;
