Job Title: Design and Analysis Specialist

You will play a crucial role in designing and analysing structural components for various projects. Your expertise will ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and analyse structural designs for projects
  • Perform complex calculations to ensure a structure's stability, strength, and durability
  • Develop detailed blueprints, drawings, and 3D models using CAD software
  • Evaluate designs against local, state, and national building codes and safety regulations
  • Conduct on-site inspections of structures under construction to verify that work is being done according to design specifications
  • Diagnose and resolve structural issues that may arise during construction or in existing buildings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering
  • Previous experience in Structural Engineering in a similar field
  • Expertise in engineering software and other structural analysis programs
  • Strong mathematical and physics skills
  • Knowledge of building codes within the mining and resources industries
