We are seeking a highly skilled Property Analysis Specialist to join our team on a temporary contract basis.

As a Property Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive property analysis and research to support commercial activities in the team. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to progress complex development proposals and business cases. You will also assist in providing advice and guidance on effective planning and implementation of property development prospects and proposals.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in commerce, business, property development or equivalent;
  • Demonstrated experience in analysis and development in a property environment;
  • Knowledge of the property market and/or property and housing industry;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with confidence liaising with all levels of stakeholders;
  • Advanced written communication skills with confidence in writing business cases and proposals;
  • Excellent analytical and research skills.
