Job Description
We are expanding our Speech Pathology team and invite experienced Speech Pathologists to join us. Successful candidates will work closely with participants living in various locations, providing personalized support to achieve their goals.
- Manage an allocated caseload, delivering timely therapeutic services to individuals of all ages and abilities.
- Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and other multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive support.
- Develop and implement targeted interventions to address communication difficulties, feeding challenges, and other speech-related issues.
- Participate in regular online meetings, ensuring seamless collaboration across our teams.
Key Responsibilities
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Be a registered Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Demonstrate experience in leading and supporting others, as well as collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Hold a strong passion for making a meaningful difference in the community, particularly within the NDIS framework.
