Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Configuration Expert to configure software solutions that meet client requirements by mapping complex data and formulas into SaaS products. You will also identify and work collaboratively with the supplier to resolve any data rules that do not directly translate into the product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use customer data and business logic to map complex data and formulas into SaaS products to meet client requirements.
  • Identify and work collaboratively with the supplier to resolve any data rules that do not directly translate into the product.
  • Configure the SaaS solution by using clients' data and formulas.
  • Collaborate with the client to ensure the SaaS configuration and data mapping has been correctly implemented.
  • Map existing datasets from customers' business systems across to the SaaS solution, including HR systems data, training data, rostering and scheduling data, and other operational data as required.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or relevant industry experience.
  • High proficiency using MS Excel.
  • Experience in configuring complex software solutions, ideally to an enterprise client base.
  • Strong verbal and written communication (English) and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with large datasets.
  • Knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, OracleDB is strongly preferred.
  • Bonus: Experience with workforce management solutions.
  • Bonus: Willingness to learn data optimisation and analytics tools.
