Home Lending Specialist Role

Job Description:

This is a pivotal role within our retail network with a focus on generating lending growth and identifying cross-sell opportunities.

We are seeking an experienced Home Lending Specialist to join our team in Randwick. As a key member of our branch team, you will work closely with customers to understand their financial goals and aspirations, and provide them with tailored solutions to achieve those goals.

Key responsibilities include holding meaningful conversations to determine customer goals and aspirations, increasing growth and managing retention of a consumer lending portfolio, proactively working to acquire new-to-us customers, and supporting the Branch Manager to help uplift the performance of the wider branch team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience of home lending/mortgage or credit products is essential.
  • A passion for building strong relationships within your community and surrounding network.
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with superior stakeholder management experience.
  • Charisma, drive, ambition, and a genuine appetite for uncovering the financial needs of customers.
