We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to join our team as a Regional Operations Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a cluster of villages across NSW, QLD, and WA, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of operations staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage profit and loss, budgeting, costs controls, and rostering to ensure financial sustainability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in multi-site operations management, with a strong track record of delivering results
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of profit and loss, budgeting, costs controls, and rostering
  • Experience in the service, accommodation, or hospitality industry
  • Manual C Class driver's license
  • Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
  • Knowledge of rostering and time and attendance
  • Extensive knowledge of volume commercial catering practices and processes
