About the role

Seeking people to fill multiple positions available immediately. We are seeking motivated and skilled Landscape construction Trades and labourers to join our company based out of Scenic Rim, Queensland. This permanent casual position will involve hands-on work in the construction and installation of fencing, retaining walls and other hardscapes, supporting and contributing to the successful delivery of our landscaping projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting in the installation of timber, metal and PVC, rural, domestic and commercial fencing
  • Constructing and installing retaining walls using various materials
  • Preparing and clearing work sites in preparation for construction
  • Operating power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
  • Adhering to all health and safety procedures and requirements
  • Ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience is a must
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fencing and retaining wall construction is required
  • Accepts nothing less than perfect quality and workmanship
  • Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently with hand and power tools
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to high quality workmanship
  • Willingness to learn new skills and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Relevant construction industry tickets and licences, or a willingness to obtain them
  • Manual drivers licence
  • Truck licence and machinery tickets advantageous
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
