Product Development Opportunity

The Commonwealth Bank is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of Virtual Accounts capability and ensure its configuration with the bank's deposit product suite.

This is a key initiative to uplift the bank's transactional banking capability and drive growth from meeting new customer needs.

The successful candidate will work with the broader squad to deliver customer and strategic outcomes that align with the Crew OKRs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development of Virtual Accounts capability
  • Ensuring configuration with the bank's deposit product suite
  • Working with the broader squad to deliver customer and strategic outcomes
  • Leveraging domain and industry knowledge to drive outcomes across the product lifecycle

Requirements include:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in financial services, product management, and/or process improvement
  • Experience working with different technological and system teams to uplift or build new capabilities
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience
  • Risk mindset and ability to proactively identify and understand risks
  • Proven success in leading and executing a defined product strategic roadmap
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
