About the Role

The Operational Risk Management team is looking for a skilled leader to oversee and manage the operational risks within the Technology and Operations division.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of operational risks and risk management practices.
  • Lead the Operational Risk support function for the CTO, including Engineering, Architecture, End user experience, and networks and hosting.
  • Provide independent, pragmatic, and value-adding Ops Risk advice, assurance, and approval/acceptance for CTO risks across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of risk management strategies and controls to mitigate operational risks.

Requirements

  • Advanced understanding of engineering, architecture, and end user experience.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity, and link risks to business strategy.
  • High-quality written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Continuous learning and improvement mindset.
