Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced academic professional to join our passionate team as a Hospitality Lecturer. In this role, you will be teaching research methods and/or business ethics within our postgraduate program. The ideal candidate will have relevant postgraduate tertiary qualifications (Doctorate) and industry experience or connection in the subject discipline – Ethics, Research Methods. Additionally, they should be able to supervise students on Work Integrated Learning Placement and demonstrate advanced skills, experience, and success in teaching in the subject areas.

About the Role
This is a casual role based at our campus in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Hospitality Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering assigned subjects face-to-face, focusing on continual quality improvement by reviewing and updating teaching/learning materials/resources and assessments. You will also foster student learning by using a variety of pedagogical and andragogical techniques, undertaking academic administration, including peer review activities, assessment moderation, faculty meetings, and engaging in college activities. Active engagement in development activities for teaching and discipline knowledge and skills is also expected.
